AI Designs

Everyone in the creative world is talking about AI right now, and I’m very excited at the opportunity to create magical digital art for homeware designs and Wall Art using these new tools as a part of my creative workflow.

 

Generative AI tools provide us with unique images that we imagine, it works on our text inputs and we develop the image by deciding things like composition, colours, tones and lighting, as well as any style or effects etc 

 

We use our skills to detect any faults in the pictures and our artistry to adjust edit and correct the picture as part of our workflow, using other editing & digital art tools that we choose, so that we finally have the image that works for us.

 

AI cannot determine what needs to change (not yet anyway), and it cannot know or understand the context of the art work that we want, or know where our inspiration came from.

 

As a photographer, designer, painter, sketcher and mixed media artist our art has historically been helped by technical developments and the arrival of AI is another exciting advancement for those who love to create and for those who love the emotion and joy that a wonderful image can bring about.
