Hello.

Wildlife Walks

SPECIES COUNT

PHOTOGRAPH BY DEAN ANDREW. WILDLIFE COLLECTION

A Red Kite gracefully circling above Yorkshire fields, these spectacular large birds of prey once extinct in England have since 1989 successfully been re-established as a breeding species.

Wildlife Walks, taking photographs of what I see.

When out walking I'm keeping a count of what wildlife species I see in 2024, looking for the details with a photographers eye, and where I can, capturing the moment with my camera and 600mm lens.

I find keeping count of what I see and creating a small collection of images of those moments to be really rewarding and enjoyable. Inspiring me to do more and to see more.

In the gallery below you will find a small number of countryside shots taken while out walking.
